The Water-Splashing Festival is a significant celebration for the Dai, De’ang, Bulang, and other ethnic minor-
ities in Yunnan Province. Each April, Yunnan hosts this annual festival, bringing joy and excitement to its people.
This year, the Yunnan International Communication Center for South and Southeast Asia, in collaboration with
China Daily, invited friends from Laos, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, Vietnam, Russia, and the United States to
form an international exchange group. Together, they experienced the vibrant festivities in Xishuangbanna Dai Au-
tonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province.
Every moment was filled with delightful surprises, including water splashing, experiencing intangible cultural herit-
age, and savoring delicious food. This multicultural celebration has left an indelible mark on the hearts of tourists.

泼水节是傣族、德昂族、布朗族等云南少数民族的重要节日。4 月，云南迎来一年一度的泼水节，人们沉浸在节日的欢乐中。期间，
云南省南亚东南亚区域国际传播中心联合中国日报，邀请来自老挝、泰国、缅甸、柬埔寨、越南、俄罗斯、美国的朋友组成“同泼
一江幸福水”国际人文交流团，到云南省西双版纳傣族自治州共同体验泼水节。
泼水狂欢、体验非遗、美食飘香，每一刻都充满惊喜。这场多元文化交融的盛宴，成为游客心中难忘的回忆。
