In recent years, the Belt and Road Initiative has strengthened
cooperation between China and South Asian countries, yielding many
positive outcomes. The partnership has evolved from “hard connectiv-
ity” to “soft connectivity,” and now to “heart connectivity.” As a result, a
series of landmark projects have been implemented, infusing new vitality
into local economic development and fostering people-to-people exchanges.

近年来，中国与南亚国家之间的携手合作日益紧密，取得了众多令人欣喜的进展。从“硬
联通”到“软联通”，再到“心联通”，中国与南亚推动实施了一系列具有里程碑意义的项
目，为当地经济发展注入了新活力，搭建了民心相通的桥梁。
