Recently, the 13 Culture and Arts Festival of Countries in the Lancang-Mekong River Basin was held in Jinghong City,
Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan. Artists from all six member countries gathered here. The graceful
gestures of Thailand, the reed pipes of Laos, the Cai Luong theater of Vietnam, the puppetry of Myanmar, the songs of
Cambodia, and China’s artistic forms, all shone together. In this space, no translation was needed; art itself became the
language, building bridges that connected hearts and minds.
In this land of cultural fusion, the “Xishuangbanna Culture and Arts International Vloggers” also displayed vibrant crea-
tivity. They created unexpected encounters between the hulusi flute and puppetry, sparked passionate exchanges between Hani
ancient tunes and contemporary composition, and breathed new life into cultural heritage through improvised collaboration.
As the event began, the Lancang-Mekong International Tourism Shipping Route was officially opened, completing a
multi-modal international tourism loop that seamlessly connects land, water, air, and rail transportation across China, Laos,
and Thailand.
People came to know each other through arts and connected along the river, jointly writing a warm story of meeting,
sharing, and looking ahead in the Lancang-Mekong region.

日前，第十三届澜沧江·湄公河流域国家文化艺术节在云南省西双版纳傣族自治州景洪市举办。六国艺术家在此相聚，泰国的羽翼、
老挝的芦笙、越南的 剧、缅甸的木偶、柬埔寨的歌曲与中国的艺术表达交相辉映。无需翻译，艺术自成语言搭建起心灵相通的桥梁。
在这片文化交融的热土上，“西双版纳文化文艺国际传播官”也展现出蓬勃的创造力。她们让葫芦丝与木偶戏惊喜相遇，使哈尼
古调与现代编曲热情碰撞，在即兴的合奏中，为文化传承注入了崭新的活力。
艺术节开幕之际，澜沧江·湄公河国际旅游航运启航，实现了中老泰三国联动、水陆空铁四式联运的国际旅游完整闭环。
人们因艺术而相知，因江水而相连，共同在澜湄流域写下关于相遇、共享与未来的温暖故事。
