Gil, a Frenchman, has resided in China
for 13 years. He has found his home in
Dali, Yunnan, where he operates a pri-
vate restaurant in the picturesque Panqu
Village. The locals affectionately refer to
him as Xiaosong, embracing his genuine
assimilation into Chinese culture.

法国人 Gil 已在中国生活 13 年，现定居
于云南大理，在古色古香的磻曲村经营着一
家私房菜馆。如今，人们更喜欢叫他“晓松”，
一个地地道道的中文名字。
